How the portal protects members
Confidential by design
Investor records are restricted to the individual member and authorized Yopima administrators. Account and taxpayer numbers are never displayed in full.
Controlled remittance
Payment instructions are collected once, certified by the member, and independently verified before any distribution is released.
Records and tax documents
Distribution statements, investment documents and annual Schedule K-1 packages are delivered directly to each member's record.
Complete audit trail
Every change to investor information, payment instructions and distributions is permanently recorded.
